Who is going to pay me?
JFDI Properties pay you, the landlord, and make regular payments direct to your bank account.

What about a deposit?
We either take a month’s rent deposit or provide you with a deposit bond from local authorities.

What does the landlord provide?
It depends on what your property includes at the moment, if its unfurnished – leave it unfurnished. Most furnished properties include beds, new mattresses, wardrobes, white goods and sofa.

What condition will I get my property back in?
If your property is in a good condition when you let it, that's how it will be returned to you. If it is not in a good condition we can provide tradesmen to get it to the required standard.

How long will you rent it from me for?
We will take your property for a year. Many of our lets are over 5 years.

Can you just find me a tenant?
Yes. We would have no problem at all finding a tenant for your property. We have a large portfolio of tenants and housing groups waiting for a variety of properties in various areas.

Do you fully manage my property
We handle all aspects of renting your property from finding a tenant to the everyday running of your investment.

Will you do EPC, Gas and Electric Certificates?
Yes. We have fully qualified tradesmen who carry out all our landlords’ service requirements.

Are you LLA accredited?
Yes.
